Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of upper digestive tract perforation.
Methods:Select 32 cases of upper digestive tract perforation, among them 31cases employ emergency operation treatment, 29 cases employ simple repair, 2 cases employ a majority of gastrectomy, 1 case employ expectant treatment.
Results:Thirty-one cases cured, and 1 case died.
Conclusions:Selecting reasonable operation type, striving early operation, strengthening perioperative management, and active preventing and treating complications and basic disease for the patients with upper digestive tract perforation according to their pollution level of abdominal cavity, lesion site, nature of lesion, and patient's age and basic diseases can improve curative effects.
