大脑中央前沟立体定位数据集的构建及其平面投影回归分析

    The planar regression analysis and building of the stereotatic data set of cerebral precentral sulcus

    • 摘要: 目的: 构建大脑中央前沟基于连合间径(AC-PC)定位体系中的立体定位数据集及其平面投影回归方程。方法: 将30名健康成年人颅脑横断层MRI数据经格式转化导入Photoshop CS软件包,经过严格的图像配准,建立以AC-PC 中点为原点的三维立体坐标系,从中央前沟最外侧点为起始点,向内取X绝对值为3 mm倍数点为取样点,测量、记录该点坐标的X、Y值,Z值为所在层面图像距离 AC-PC 平面的层数与层间距的乘积,所有取样点坐标值构成中央前沟在三维坐标系中的立体定位数据集。对所获得的数据进行统计,求解其空间拟合平面回归方程。结果: 成功构建大脑中央前沟在三维坐标系中的立体定位数据集及其在空间各平面上的投影回归方程。结论: 大脑中央前沟与设定的大脑空间坐标系有相对稳定的定位相关性,构建大脑中央前沟立体定位数据集预期中央前沟邻近区域病灶的立体定向神经外科、介入放射治疗及微创神经外科等有较大的临床应用价值,同时在人类学、体质测量学等方面具有一定科学价值。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To build the stereotactic data set and the planar regression equation of cerebral precentral sulcus,based on the Descartes coordinate system which was set on the line between the anterior commissure and the posterior commissure(AC-PC).Methods: Through the strict image registration,the coordinate system of the software coincides with the Descartes coordinate system based on AC-PC line were made.The X-value and Y-value of sample points were measured and recorded,which were begun from the outermost points to the medial of the X-axis and were taken absolute value of X for 3 mm multiple points as sampling points along the precentral sulcus line.The Z-value of sample points were measured the distances that from every recorded plane to the AC-PC plane.The stereotactic data set of the precentral sulcus were constituted with all the coordinate values of sample points,then the regression equations were fetched and analyzed using the SPSS19.0 software.Results: The three-dimensional stereotactic data set and the regression equation of the cerebral precentral sulcus were constructed successfully.Conclusions: The construction of cerebral precentral sulcus stereotactic data set is expected to have fairly clinical value in neurosurgery,micro-surgery and interventional radiotherapy of lesions in the adjacent areas of precentral sulcus.Meanwhile,this study is of definite significance to anthropology and physique surveying.
