Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the application value of trans-vaginal and trans-abdominal hysterectomy(TVH and TAH)in non-prolapsed uterus disease.
Methods:The data of 80 patients with non-prolapsed uterus(benign lesions) treated with hysterectomy were retrospectively analyzed, which included 26 cases treated with TVH and 54 cases treated with TAH.The time of operation, hospitalization, anus exhaust, ambulation and postoperative temperature recovery, blood loss and postoperative analgesia rate and infection between two groups were compared.
Results:All operations in two groups were successful.Compared with patients treated with TAH,the shortertime of operation, hospitalization, anus exhaust, ambulation and post-operative temperature recovery, less blood loss and lighter postoperative pain were observed in patients treated with TVH(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:TVH significantly improves the life quality of patients withnon-prolapsed uterus disease, which is safe, feasibleand ideal surgery.
