Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of early minimally invasive puncture drainage in the treatment of mediumandminimum basal ganglia hemorrhage caused by hypertension, and provide theoretical basis for its clinical treatment.
Methods:Sixty-eight patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage caused by hypertension were divided into the control group and study group(34 cases each group) according to the order of admission. The control group and study group were treated with conservative treatment and early minimally invasive puncture drainage based on the conservative treatment, respectively. The hematoma and cerebral edema volume and neurological function scores between two groups were compared after 3 and 14 days of treatment, the abilities of daily life between two groups were analyzed after 3 months of treatment.
Results:Compared with the control group, the hematoma and edema volume and neurological deficit scores in study group decreased significantly after 3 and 14 days of treatment(
P<0.01),the total effective rate of independent living and mildly dependent in study group(73.53%) was significantly higher than that in control group(44.12%) after 3 months of treatment(
P<0.05).
Conclusions:The treatment of medium and minimum basal ganglia hemorrhage caused by hypertension with minimally invasive puncture drainage is safe and reliable, which should be widely applied.
