Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of multislice spiral CT unenhanced scan and imaging reconstruction in the diagnosis of ureterolithiasis.
Methods:The data of 64 layers spiral CT scan in 75 patients with ureteral calculus were retrospectively analyzed,the multiplanar and curved planar of ureter were reconstructed at workstation.
Results:Eighty-seven ureteral stones in 75 patients were found,which included 22 stones in ureteropelvic junction,35 stones in the middle ureter and 30 stones in the distal ureter.Fifty-two patients with soft-tissue rim sign and 3 patients with the bladder filling defect complicated with ureterovesical junction calculus were observed.Compared with the conventional image measurement,the reconstruction image counld measure the stone size,and the classification levels of 14 stones were enhanced.
Conclusions:The multislice spiral CT unenhanced scan and reconstruction can obtain good imaging of ureter,which can correct the classification level of stone,and provide the accurate and effective information in clinic.
