    “品管圈”在减少住院药房药品损耗中的应用与成效

    Application of quality control circle in reducing the loss of inhospital pharmacy drugs

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高住院药房服务品质、降低住院药房药品损耗中的应用。方法:将品管圈活动应用到减少药品损耗中,分析其原因,制定相应的对策并实施,同时评估该活动的效果。结果:开展品管圈活动后,住院药房药品损耗下降了39.4%,收到良好效果。结论:推行品管圈活动,可降低住院药房药品损耗,在保证临床用药安全有效的前提下,实现了合理使用有限的医疗资源。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the application of quality control circle(QCC) in reducing the loss of inpatient pharmacy drugs and improving the service quality of inpaitient pharmacy.Methods:The QCC was implemented for reducing the loss of inpatient pharmacy drugs,and the effect of which was evaluated.Results:The loss of inpatient pharmacy drugs decreased significantly,which decreased to 39.4% after implementing QCC.The effect of QCC action was good.Conclusions:The QCC action can reduce the loss of inpatient pharmacy drugs,and promote the rational use of the limited medical resources.
