Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the expression of paired immunoglobulin-like receptor-B(PirB) in intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH) tissue of rat.
Methods: The rats were randomly divided into the experimantal group and control group. The ICH rat model was established by injecting itself artery blood under brain stereotaxic appartatus. The PirB expressions in rat brain were detected using RT-PCR and Western blot.
Results: Comparated with the control group, the PirB levels in the experimental group increased significantly(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: The PirB is concerned with the apoptosis process of the neuron in ICH tissue, which maybe be related to the nerve regeneration and inhibition of functional recovery.
