经肛门取出标本腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术14例

Experience of rectal cancer resection under laparoscope with specimen out of the anus in 14 cases

摘要: 目的:总结经肛门取出标本腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术手术的体会。方法:分析经肛门取出标本腹腔镜直肠癌根治术14例的临床资料。结果:所有患者顺利完成手术,无严重并发症。术后5~8 d出院。随访3月~24个月,均无局部复发或远处转移。结论:经肛门取出标本腹腔镜直肠癌根治术创伤小、愈合快,可达到肿瘤治疗目的。

Abstract: Objective: To summary the experience of rectal cancer resection under laparoscope with specimen out of the anus.Methods: The clinical data of rectal cancer resection under laparoscope with specimen out of the anus in 14 cases were analyzed.Results: All operations were successfully completed,no serious complications were found.All patients discharged at postoperative 5 to 8 days.No local recurrence or distant metastasis was found during the following up for 3 to 24 months.Conclusions: The rectal cancer resection under laparoscope with specimen out of the anus is small trauma and quack healing,which can achieve the goal of tumor treatment.
