Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the relationship between gestational weight management and pregnancy outcome.
Methods: The study of the relationship between gestational weight management and pregnancy outcome from 2004 to 2014 in CNKI,VIP database and wanfang database were searched,which was comprehensively quantitative analyzed using RevMan 5.0 version.
Results: Fourteen articles about the relationship between gestational weight management and pregnancy outcome were heterogeneity tested and quantitatively analyzed using the fixed-effect model.The results showed that the gestational weight management can reduced the cesarean section,macrosomia and incidence of the gestational hypertensive disorders and diabetes.The

CI:0.21,0.40) in turn.
Conclusions: The gestational weight management can effectively reduced the cesarean section,macrosomia,and the incidence of the gestational hypertensive disorders and diabetes.
