Abstract: Objective: To investigate the basic requirements of clinical skill of grassroot health post.Methods: The basic requirements of clinical skill in 225 students from Anhui Medical College during the internship period of grassroot health post were investigated.Results: The basic requirement rate of clinical skill on grassroot health post was more than 80%,the requirements included dressing technique(93.56%),debridement(90.59%),wearing/taking off gown/wearing sterile gloves(86.14%),urethral catheterization(83.17%),measuring children's physique growth(83.17%) and intaking oxygen/outptaking sputum technique(80.69%).This surgical basic skill training to meet the basic requirement of primary care has been implemented.Conclusions: Building the clinical skill training system according to the job demand and actual needs of grassroots health post can improve the quality of practical medical talent cultivation and construction of grassroot talent team.
