Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the impact of deep multi-dimensional nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction merger and depression.
Methods:Twenty four subjects in the observation group and 24 subjects in the control group were assessed by the activities of daily living(ADL) and Hamilton Depression(HAMD)Rating Scale before and after treatment; The clinical effects and assessment scores were compared between the two groups.
Results:The scores of the ADL and the HAMD had no statistical differences between the two groups before intervention(
P>0.05);after intervention, the scores of the ADL increased and the scores of the HAMD decreased in the two groups(
P<0.01).The observation group displayed a higher degree of ADL and lower degree of HAMD than the control group(
P<0.01 and
P<0.05).
Conclusions:Deep multi-dimensional nursing intervention has clinical effects on patients with acute cerebral infarction merger combined with depression.
