Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of atorvastatin on the blood lipid level and renal blood flow parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(34 cases, control group) and conventional treatment combined with atorvastatin group(34 cases, observation group) according to the random allocation. The blood lipid level and renal blood flow parameters in two groups were analyzed before treatment and after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment. Results:The blood lipid levels in observation group after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment were significantly better than those in control group(PPConclusions:The atorvastatin has significantly effects on the blood lipid and renal blood flow parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy, which is conducive to the improvement of diabetic nephropathy state.
