Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application of the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and total bilirubin(TBIL) in the differential diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and intrahepatic colangiocarcinoma(ICC).Methods:The serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,ALP and TBIL in 98 patients with HCC and 125 patients with ICC were detected and analyzed. Results:The serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,ALP and TBIL in ICC group were significantly higher than those in HCC group(PPPPConclusions:The serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,ALP and TBIL in ICC group increase significantly, which has important value in the differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and intrahepatic colangiocarcinoma.
