摘要: 目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平的变化。方法:选取70例2型糖尿病住院患者,分为合并脑梗死组45例,单纯糖尿病组25例,以20名健康体检者为对照组。采集研究对象的血清检测Hcy、FIB水平。结果:脑梗死组血清Hcy、FIB水平均明显高于单纯糖尿病组及对照组(PPP结论:血清Hay、FIB水平在2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者中显著升高,是2型糖尿病患者脑梗死的独立危险因素。Abstract: Objective:To detect the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy) and fibrinogen(FIB) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods:Seventy T2DM patients were divided into the cerebral infarction group(45 cases complicated with cerebral infarction) and simple T2DM group(25 cases),20 healthy people were set as the control group.The levels of serum Hcy and FIB in all cases were detected.Results:The levels of serum Hcy and FIB in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in T2DM group and control group(PPPConclusions:The levels of serum Hcy and FIB in T2DM patients complicated with cerebral infarction significantly increase,which may be the patients' independent risk factors.
