心力衰竭患者内皮素1和脑钠肽的改变及相关性研究

摘要: 目的:探讨心力衰竭患者内皮素1(ET-1)与脑钠肽(BNP)的改变及其相关性研究。方法:选择120例心力衰竭患者为观察组,同期健康体检者80名为对照组。比较2组血清ET-1及BNP,同时记录观察组不同心功能(纽约心脏病协会,NYHA)分级患者血清ET-1和BNP水平,探讨二者与心力衰竭严重程度的相关性。结果:观察组患者血清ET-1和BNP水平均显著高于对照组(PPPP结论:心力衰竭患者血清BNP和ET-1显著升高,且与心力衰竭严重程度密切相关,二者可作为评估病情及预后的预测指标。Abstract: Objective:To observe the changes of serum endothelin-1(ET-1) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels in heart failure patients and explore the correlations.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases with heart failure were selected as observation group and 80 healthy persons as control group.Serum ET-1 and BNP levels were compared between the two groups.ET-1 and BNP levels in different New York heart association(NYHA) gradation patients were also recorded and their correlation with the degree of heart failure was explored.Results:Serum ET-1 and BNP levels in observation group were much higher than those in control group(PPPPConclusions:Serum ET-1 and BNP levels were greatly increased in heart failure patients,and closely related to disease severity.They can be the predictive indexes for evaluating disease condition and prognosis.
