Abstract:
Objective:To observe the curative effects of ultrasound-guided hysteroscopy on myomectomy in uterus membrane.
Methods:The operation time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, surgery effect, recurrence rate of submucous myoma between 36 cases treated with ultrasound-guided hysteroscopy and 35 cases treated with laparotomy were compared.
Results:The operation time, blood loss, hospital stay after surgery in patients treated with hysteroscopy were shorter than those in patients treated with laparotomy(
P<0.01),the differences of the surgery effect and recurrence rate between the patients treated with hysteroscopy and laparotomy were not statistically significant(
P>0.05).
Conclusions:The ultrasound-guided hysteroscopy in myomectomy of uterus membrane is little trauma, quick recovery, security and high feasibility, which is the preferred surgical treatment of uterus membrane myoma.
