    MCI-186对癫痫大鼠海马组织中细胞色素C表达的影响

    The effect of MCI-186 on the expression of cytochrome C in hippocampus of epilepsy rats

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨MCI-186对海人酸(KA)诱导癫痫大鼠海马组织细胞色素C(CytC)表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为癫痫对照组、癫痫组、药物对照组组和MCI-186组。采用脑室注射KA制作大鼠癫痫模型。应用Western-blot法检测细胞质和线粒体中Cyt C。结果:癫痫组和药物对照组CytC在线粒体的表达均较MCI-186组减少(P<0.01),癫痫组和药物对照组CytC在细胞质的表达均较MCI-186组增加(P<0.01)。结论:MCI-186可以减少KA诱导CytC由线粒体向细胞质的释放,通过抑制线粒体凋亡通路对海马细胞发挥保护作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of MCI-186 on the expression of cytochrome C(Cyt C) in hippocampus of epilepsy rats induced by kainic acid(KA).Methods:The SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,seizure group,drug control group and MCI-186 group.The seizures model of rats were established by injecting KA into encephalocoele.The Cyt C expressions in cytoplasm and mitochondria were detected using Western-blot.Results:The Cyt C expressions in mitochondria in seizure group and drug control group were lower than that in MCI-186 group(P<0.01).The Cyt C expressions in cytoplasm in seizure group and drug control group were higher than that in MCI-186 group(P<0.01).Conclusions:MCI-186 may decrease the release of Cyt C from mitochondria to cytoplasm,and which can protect the hippocampus by inhibiting the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway.
