Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical application effects of the zero defects nursing management in patients after cardiac operation.
Methods:Forty-eight cardiac operation patients from January 2014 to June 2014 were divided into the observation group, who were treated with the zero defects nursing management, preparing related items and drugs, and strengthening the preoperative and postoperative nursing and management of the complications. The length of hospital stay, satisfaction score, quality of daily life and occurrence of postoperative complication between two groups were compared.
Results:The length of hospital stay and satisfaction score in observation group were obviously less and higher than those in control group, respectively(
P<0.01).The quality of daily life(including spirit, sleep, diet and psychologic status) in observation group were better than those in control group(
P<0.05 to
P<0.01).The difference of the incidence of complication(such as pulmonary infection) between two groups was not statistically significant(
P>0.05).
Conclusions:The application of zero defects nursing management can promote the rehabilitation of patients with heart operation.
