Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
Methods:One hundred and thirty-two patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscopic surgery and 63 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with laparotomy were divided into the observation group and control group,respectively.The clinical effects between two groups were compared.
Results:The operations in two groups were successfully completed.The operative time,and peroperative bleeding,anal exhaust time and hospital stays in observation group were significantly less than those in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with laparoscopic surgery is high accuracy,less trauma,quick recovery,less complication and safety,which should be the first chosen in treating ectopic pregnancy.
