Ultrasonic diagnosis of different types of vaginal atresia

摘要: 目的:探讨不同类型阴道闭锁的声像图特征,提高超声下阴道闭锁的诊断及分型的准确性.方法:回顾性选取四类阴道闭锁病例共19例,对其声像图特点进行分析.结果:超声显示阴道积液10例,宫颈积液16例,宫腔积液18例,其中1例另伴有盆腔内巨大囊性包块.结论:超声在阴道闭锁的分型、诊断和鉴别诊断中起重要作用.

Abstract: Objective:To explore the sonogram features of different types vaginal atresia to increase the ultrasound diagnosis rate and classification accuracy.Methods:The sonogram features of 19 patients with vaginal atresia(including 4 types) were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The ultrasound image found 10 cases of haematocolpos,16 cases of cervical hemorrhage,18 case hematometra and 1 case of large cystic masse in pelvic cavity.Conclusions:Ultrasound plays an important role in classification,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of vaginal atresia.
