Abstract:
Objective:To compare the oral care, replacing fixed material and fixation effects between the one-time tracheal intubation fixer and dental pad white inch band fixation method in ventilator intubation via mouth.
Methods:Seventy patients with ventilator intubation via mouth were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group(35 cases each group). The experimental group and control group were treated with the one-time tracheal intubation fixer and dental pad white inch band fixation method, respectively. The oral care, replacing fixed material and fixation effects(including the injury and slip of intubation, and observation of the intubation scale within 1 week) between two groups were compared.
Results:Compared with the control group, the operation was simple, the oral care and replacement of fixed materials were convenient and short time, the fixed effect was reliable, and the observation of the scale was convenient and easy in the experimental group.
Conclusions:The one-time tracheal intubation fixer is worthy of clinical use.
