脑电图和功能磁共振成像同步联合在颞叶癫痫致痫灶时间和空间定位的应用

    The application of the synchronization imaging of electroencephalogram-functional MRI in the locating the epilepsy lesion of temporal lobe

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨脑电图和功能磁共振成像(EEG-fMRI)同步联合技术在颞叶癫痫致痫灶时间和空间定位中的应用价值。方法:17例有病灶性的颞叶癫痫患者,手术前均接受EEG-fMRI检查,手术中采用皮层电极和深部电极描记,确定致痫灶的真实位置和范围,并与EEG-fMRI方法所确定的致痫灶位置和范围进行比较。结果:7例二者所确定的致痫灶位置和范围完全相同,10例所确定的致痫灶中心位置相同,但其中9例同步EEG-fMRI范围较大,1例皮层电极和深层电极范围较大。结论:EEG-fMRI是一种无创的结合时间和空间信息的定位方法,可以在fMRI影像上直观了解致痫灶的位置和范围。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the application of the synchronization imaging of electroencephalogram-functional MRI(EEG-fMRI) in the locating the epilepsy lesion of temporal lobe.Methods:Seventeen patients with temporal lobe epilepsy were detected using EEG-fMRI.The true location of epileptogenic focus and scope was identified by cortical electrode and deep electrode, which was compared with the results of EEG-fMRI.Results:The location and scope of disease detected by two methods were exactly same in 7 cases.The centre of lesions in 10 cases were unanimous, but the concordant scope was big.Conclusions:EEG-fMRI is a noninvasive method to locate the time and space, which can intuitively know the location of epileptogenic focus and scope in fMRI imaging.
