Abstract: Objective:To observe clinical effects of Chenlanhua particles in the treatment of diabetic foot(DF) ulcers.Methods:One hundred and fifteen cases of DF patients were randomly divided into treatment group(58 cases), control group(57 cases).The ourse of treatment was 28 days in both of the two groups.The efficacy score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and neutrophil proportion after one course of treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.66%, which was better than that in the control group by 71.93%(P<0.01).The wounds in the treatment group were significantly improved, the efficacy score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the proportion of neutrophils were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Chenlanhua particles could gain good clinical curative effect in the treatment of DF ulcers.
