    应用循证医学模式指导儿科临床实践教学的效果

    Effect of evidence-based medicine on clinical practice teaching in pediatrics

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨儿科临床实践教学中应用循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)模式的指导效果。方法:选择某医学院2010级临床医学专业本科生120名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60名。对照组进行传统的儿科临床实践教学,观察组应用EBM模式指导儿科临床实践教学,比较2组学生学习效果及学生对教学的评价结果。结果:观察组理论和技能考核得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组学生对教学效果评价得分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:儿科临床实践教学中应用EBM模式,可显著提高学生学习效果,有助于培养学生的临床实践能力。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of evidence-based medicine(EBM) on clinical practice teaching in pediatrics. Methods: One hundred and twenty undergraduates from class 2010 clinical medicine in a medical college were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(60 students each group). The control group and observation group were taught with the traditional clinical practice teaching model and EBM guiding clinical practice teaching model, respectively. The learning effects and teaching evaluation of students between two groups were compared. Results: The scores of the theory and skills assessment, and teaching evaluation of students in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusions: The application of EBM model in clinical practice teaching in pediatrics can significantly improve the learning effects of students, and help to cultivate the clinical practice ability of student.
