Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of stress management training on alleviating the stress during pregnancy.
Methods: One hundred early pregnant women with mild stress were chosen, and divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases each group) using convenience sampling method. The control group were treated with routine prenatal check and pregnancy knowledge consultation, and the stress management training of the observation group were implemented through the conventional check, knowledge lectures combined with individual consultation, continuous 7 times, each time 20 min. The effects in two groups were evaluated using the pregnancy stress scale after intervention.
Results: After the intervention, the increasing stress level in observation group in late pregnancy was significantly lower than that in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: Stress management training can alleviate the stress of pregnant women during pregnancy, make it through pregnancy and childbirth period, effectively promote the health of mother and infant.
