Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of the doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode on the compliance of patients treated with hepatitis B.antiviral drug by oral.Methods:One hundred and twenty-five patients with poor medication compliance were screened from 200 chronic hepatitis B patients with 25 to 55 years old, and randomly divided into the intervention group(63 cases) and control group(62 cases).The intervention group were nursed with the doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode(including psychology guidance and health education), the control group were nursed with general nursing measures.Results:The compliance of hepatitis B.antiviral drug by oral in intervention group was obviously better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode can improve the cognitive level of compliance, antiviral treatment compliance and effects of antiviral therapy in hepatitis B patients.
