    卡巴胆碱联合膳食纤维对烫伤休克大鼠肠屏障的保护作用

    The protective effect of carbachol combined with dietary fiber on the intestinal barrier in rats with burn shock

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨卡巴胆碱联合膳食纤维对烫伤休克大鼠肠屏障的保护作用。方法:以30%总体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤Wistar大鼠80只为动物实验模型,随机分为0.9%氯化钠注射液对照组(A组)、膳食纤维治疗组(B组)、卡巴胆碱治疗组(C组)和膳食纤维+卡巴胆碱治疗组(D组)各20只,各组分别在伤后6、12、24、48、72 h处死大鼠4只。另设正常对照组(N组,4只)。取小肠在光镜下观察各组病理形态变化,取门静脉血测血浆内毒素变化,取腹主动脉血测血浆D-乳酸变化。结果:各烫伤组大鼠肠组织受损明显,血浆内毒素、D-乳酸水平均明显高于N组(P<0.01),伤后12~24 h最显著,至72 h仍不能恢复;联合应用或单用卡巴胆碱与膳食纤维,均可降低大鼠血浆内毒素和D-乳酸水平(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:早期联用卡巴胆碱与膳食纤维对烫伤后大鼠肠屏障道有明显保护作用,一定程度上优于单用卡巴胆碱或膳食纤维的治疗效果。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To explore the protective effects of carbachol combined with dietary fiber on the intestinal barrier in rats with burn shock.Methods:The animal model of 80 Wistar rats with 30% TBSA Ⅲ° burn were established,and randomly divided into the saline injection group(group A),dietary fiber treatment group(B group),carlbachol treatment group(groupC) and carlbachol combined with dietary fiber treatment group(group D)(20 rats each group).The 4 rats in each group were sacrificed at 6,12,24,48 and 72 hours after injury,respetcively.The 4 normal rats were set as the control group(group N).The pathomorphological change of small intestine was observed under light microscope,the plasma levels of endotoxin in portal vein and D-lactic acid in abdominal aorta were detected.Results:The damage of the intestinal tissue in each burn group was significant.The plasma levels of endotoxin and D-lactic acid in all burn rats were significantly higher than those in group N,which arrived at peak at 12 to 24 hours after injury,and did not recover until 72 hours after injury.The treatment of the carlbachol combined with dietary fiber of single carlbachol or dietary fiber could significantly decrease the levels of the plasma endotoxin and D-lactic acid(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The early application of carlbachol combined with dietary fiber has markedly protective effect on intestinal barrier in burn rats,the treatment effect of which is better than that in single treatment of carbachol or dietary fiber to some exent.
