Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application value of the hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine incision scar diverticulum.
Methods: The clinical data of 35 patients with uterine incision scar diverticulum were retrospectively analyzed.
Results: The average length, width and depth of uterine incision scar diverticulum detected by hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound were (19.6±5.2)mm,(17.6±4.3)mm and (11.5±3.9)mm,respectively,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 100.0%.The difference of the diagnosis rate between hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound was statistically significant(
P < 0.01).
Conclusions: Hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound examination in comprehensive assessing and diagnosing the uterine incision scar diverticulum is effective method, and which is worthy of clinical application.
