Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effects of self-management in clinical blood transfusion major students.
Methods: Two classes were randomly selected from the clinical blood transfusion major in Bengbu Medical College,and divided into the experiment group and control group(30 cases each group).The control group were managed using the traditional education and management mode,and the experiment group were managed using self-management mode.After four semesters of intervention,the organizational discipline,ideological status and academic performance between two groups were compared.
Results: After intervention,the differences of the arriving late time and truancycount in the first and second semester between two groups were not statistically significant(
P>0.05),the arriving late time in the third and fourth semester in experiment group was significantly less than that in control group(
P<0.01).The difference of other disciplinary action in the first three semesters between two groups was not statistically significant(
P>0.05),which in the fourth semester in experiment group was lower than that in control group(
P<0.05).The number of people of joining the party and participating in community in experiment group were significantly more than that in control group(
P<0.01).From the second semester to the fourth semester,the compulsory course examination scores in experiment group were significantly higher than that in control group(
P<0.01).At the fourth semester,the students of passing the national College English Test band four and winning award in experiment group were significantly more than that in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: The implementation of the self-management in clinical blood transfusion major students can effectively improve their autonomy,self-control,ideas and academic performance,and which can provide the security for the special occupation of blood transfusion,and is worth of promoting in the ideological and political education of college students.
