服务学习在社区护理实践中的应用与研究

    The application of service learning in community nursing practice

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨以服务学习为指导理念的社区慢性病调查对护理本科生的影响,为未来护理专业本科生开展服务学习项目提供依据。方法:采用定性资料分析法对学生的反思日志进行资料分析,了解8名护理本科生对社区慢性病调查的感受与收获。结果:学生对社区护理服务学习项目持积极的态度;社区护理服务能促进个人发展,对未来从事护理工作有积极影响。结论:护理实践教育应注重引入新的教学理念,并结合健康教育、心理护理、人际沟通等相关知识,以此建立学生的护理专业认同感。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of the investigation of community chronic disease guided by the concept of service learning on nursing undergraduates for providing the basis in developing the future nursing service learning programs.Methods: The data of the students reflection log were analyzed using the qualitative data analysis method.The experience and achievement of community chronic disease investigation in eight nursing undergraduates were understood.Results: The students had a positive attitude in service learning of community,which could improve the personal development,and played the positive role in future nursing work.Conclusions: The new teaching ideas combined with health education,psychological care and interpersonal communication should be applied in nursing practice education,which can establish the identity of the nursing profession students.
