芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者肝肾功能和电解质水平的影响

    Influence of Qili cardiac capsule on the liver, renal function and electrolyte level in patients with chronic heart failure

    • 摘要: 目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者肝肾功能和电解质水平的影响。方法:CHF患者82例随机分为对照组38例和观察组44例。对照组给予地高辛为主的常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊,疗程均为4周。比较2组患者临床疗效和肝肾功能指标、电解质水平。结果:观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者肾功能指标中肌酐、尿素、尿酸及电解质中血钾水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者肝功能指标中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆汁酸和肾功能指标中胱抑素C、视黄醇结合蛋白均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而肝功能指标白蛋白、前白蛋白和电解质中血钙、钠和氯水平均低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01),但2组肝肾功能指标和电解质水平均在正常范围内。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗CHF疗效确切,对患者肝肾功能及电解质水平有一定影响,但均不造成损害。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To observe the influences of Qili cardiac capsule on the liver,renal function and electrolyte levels in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods: Eighty-two patients with CHF were randomly divided into the control group(38 cases) and observation group(44 cases).The control group were treated with the routine treatment of digoxin,and the observation group were additionally treated with Qili cardiac capsule based on the control group.The treatment course in two groups was 4 weeks.The liver,renal function and electrolyte level between two groups were compared.Results: The clinical efficacy in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The differences of the renal function indexes(including creatinine,urea and uric acid) and electrolyte levels between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of aspartate aminotransferase and total bile acid of liver function indexes and cystatin C,retinol-binding protein of renal function indexes in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of albumin,prealbumin and calcium,sodium and chloride of electrolytes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The liver,renal function and electrolyte levels in two groups were in normal scope.Conclusions: Based on the routine treatment,the curative effects of additional Qili cardiac capsule on CHF are good,which has certain effects on the liver,renal function and electrolyte levels,and no adverse effect.
