Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the risk factors of the recurrent intracerebral hemorrhage.
Methods: The data of the age, gender, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and imaging in 260 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were investigated. The general condition, risk factors, the first cerebral hemorrhage age and time, recurrence interval time, amount and location of bleeding, and pathogenesis of patients were recorded. The disease condition and state of consciousness of patients at admission were evaluated using GCS scare.
Results: Among 260 cases, the rebleeding occurred in 62 cases(23.8%),the location and interval time of which were in basal ganglia(62.9%) and 3 days to 118 months, respectively. The recurrence rate of cerebral hemorrhage was 44% when the diastolic blood pressure was more than 95 mmHg.When the diastolic blood pressure was less than the critical value, the recurrence rate of cerebral hemorrhage was 20%,and the difference of which was not statistically significant(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: The better the diastolic blood pressure controls, the lower the risk of the recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage is.
