    上颌窦底水囊冲压内提升同期种植修复单牙缺失36例临床观察

    Clinical observation of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting in the repair of single-tooth loss in 36 cases

    • 摘要: 目的:评价水囊冲压技术在上颌窦内提升同期种植修复单牙缺失的临床应用疗效。方法:选择满足适应证的36例上颌后牙单牙缺失患者,其缺牙区牙槽嵴高度在3.0~7.0 mm,采用微创不翻瓣结合水囊冲压技术,共植入种植牙36颗。术后定期复诊、随访,观察种植牙稳定性和牙周组织状况。结果:随访1年未发现种植牙松动或上颌窦炎症,牙周组织健康,种植牙骨结合良好,上颌窦提升骨高度稳定。结论:水囊冲压技术在上颌窦内提升同期种植牙中的应用短期临床效果较为理想。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting in the repair of single-tooth loss.Methods: Thirty-six teeth were implanted in 36 patients with single-tooth loss complicated with 3.0 to 7.0 mm of height of alveolar crest in edentulous area using the flapless dental implantation combined with water sac stamping technique.All patients were regularly followed up after the surgery.The stability of the implant and condition of peri-implant tissues were observed.Results: During the 1-year period of following up,all implants were stable,no inflammation of the sinus were found.The soft tissue around the implants were healthy,the combination of dental implant and bone is good,and the height of maxillary sinus lifting bone is stabile.Conclusions: The short-term clinical effects of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting is ideal.
