    氧化苦参碱对大肠埃希菌的体外药敏试验

    Effect of Oxymatrine on the drug sensitive test of E.coli in vitro

    • 摘要: 目的:观察氧化苦参碱对大肠埃希菌标准株的体外药敏情况。方法:采用二倍稀释法,用0.9%氯化钠注射液将苦参碱胶囊分别稀释为8000、4000、2000、1000、500、250、125、62.5 mg/L的药液,按药液∶MH琼脂=1∶9的比例分别配制含药培养基,每个浓度各3个,并设空白和0.9%氯化钠注射液组为对照。大肠埃希菌复苏后,配制菌液备用,接种环取菌液一环接种于各培养基内,置36℃的培养箱内,培养24 h,观察结果。结果:各个含药培养基大肠埃希菌生长良好,与对照组相比无明显差异。结论:氧化苦参碱对大肠埃希菌的生长无影响。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of Oxymatrine on the drug sensitive test of the standard strain of E.coli in vitro.Methods: Oxymatrine were diluted to the 8 000 mg/L,4 000 mg/L,2 000 mg/L,1 000 mg/L,500 mg/L,250 mg/L,125 mg/L and 62.5 mg/L with 0.9% sodium chloride injection using the double dilution method.The containing-drug culture medium(each concentration of 3) were prepared according to the ratio of drug solution(MH agar for 1:9),and the blank and 0.9% sodium chloride injection were set as the control.After the E.coli recovery,the bacterium was inoculated to each medium using inoculating loop,and placed in 36℃ incubator for 24 h,and the result of which was observed.Results: The growth of E.coli in each culture medium containing-drug is good,the difference of the growth of E.coli in culture medium and control group is not obvious.Conclusions: The Oxymatrine has no effect on the growth of E.Coli.
