Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the expression profiles of differential long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) in spinal cord injury mice.
Methods: The spinal cord injury mice model were established using MASCIS Impactor weight-drop device, and divided into the 1 d,3 d,7 d and 21 d groups according to the time of harvesting the injured spinal cord. The total RNA was extracted from the injured spine cord, which was used to RNA hybridization using microarray for constructing the different expression profile. The specific LncRNA of nerve tissue was validated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) to verify the reliability of the microarray. The signal pathway involved in the differential LncRNA was analyzed.
Results: The differential expression of LncRNA was identified after the spinal cord injury, the expression of which arrived at the highest after 7 days of injury. The result of qRT-PCR showed that the reliability of microarray was good, and the differential LncRNA was involved in sevel signaling pathways.
Conclusions: The LncRNA expression in the pathologic process is different after the spinal cord injury.
