Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of the cognitive behavior intervention combined with preventive nursing on patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group(
n=60) and observation group(
n=60).The control group were nursed with routine method,and the observation group were nursed with the cognitive behavior intervention combined with preventive nursing based on the routine measure.The scores of the HAMA,HAMD and ADL before and after treatment,patients with hypertension and abnormal heart rate,hospitalization time and cost in two groups were observed and recorded.
Results: Before treatment,the difference of the clinical index between two groups was not statistically significant(
P>0.05).After treatment the scores of HAMA,HAMD and ADL in two groups were significantly improved(
P<0.01),the patient with hypertension and abnormal heart rate decreased(
P<0.05),and the scores of HAMA,HAMD and ADL in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(
P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time and costs in observation group were significantly shorter and lower(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: The cognitive behavior intervention combined with preventive nursing can obviously alleviate the anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life and clinical treatment and nursing effects in patients with coronary heart disease.
