Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the real psychological experience in puerperas with late pregnancy complicated with acute aortic dissection.
Methods: Four puerperas with late pregnancy complicated with acute aortic dissection were interviewed using qualitative research,the data of which was analyzed by Colaizzi method.
Results: The worrying about disease,self-accusation and guilt,financial depress,and social role change and requirement for social support were the psychological experiences of the puerpera with late pregnancy complicated with acute aortic dissection according to the analysis and classification of the interview.
Conclusions: The puerpera with late pregnancy complicated with acute aortic dissection lacks of the relevant knowledge of dissecting aneurysm disease,and has multiple negative psychological experience during the course of ill,delivery and operation.The medical staff can provide the effective support and intervent to help the patients safely pass the special time.
