微小RNA-182与BRCA1 mRNA在非小细胞肺癌中表达的相关性研究

Study of the correlation between miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA expressions in non-small cell lung cancer

摘要: 目的：探讨微小RNA（miRNA）-182及BRCA1 mRNA在非小细胞肺癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平差异及二者相关性。方法：采用实时定量PCR方法检测50例非小细胞肺癌及其癌旁组织标本中miRNA-182及BRCA1 mRNA的表达水平，并探讨其相关性。结果：50例癌组织中miRNA-182和BRCA1 mRNA相对表达量均明显低于癌旁组织（P<0.01）；二者相对表达量无相关关系（P>0.05）。结论：miRNA-182和BRCA1 mRNA与非小细胞肺癌的发生可能相关，但二者之间未见相互调控关系。

Abstract: Objective:To compare the difference of the expressions of miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA between non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent normal tissue,and study its correlation.Methods:The expression levels of miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA in 50 non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent tissue specimens were detected using real-time quantitative PCR,the correlation of which was analyzed.Results:The expression levels of miRNA-182 and BRCA1mRNA in cancer tissue were significantly less than those in adjacent tissue(P<0.01),which was not correlated(P>0.05).Conclusions:miRNA-182 and BRCA1mRNA may be related to the occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer,but mutual regulation relation between miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA may not exist.
