Abstract:
Objective:To compare the difference of the expressions of miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA between non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent normal tissue, and study its correlation.
Methods:The expression levels of miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA in 50 non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent tissue specimens were detected using real-time quantitative PCR,the correlation of which was analyzed.
Results:The expression levels of miRNA-182 and BRCA1mRNA in cancer tissue were significantly less than those in adjacent tissue(
P<0.01),which was not correlated(
P>0.05).
Conclusions:miRNA-182 and BRCA1mRNA may be related to the occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer, but mutual regulation relation between miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA may not exist.
