Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effects of ABC continuous scheduling and hierarchical management in ward.
Methods:Totally 100 patients and 27 nurses were investigated about the satisfaction of nursing service before and after 5 months of implementing the ABC scheduling model and hierarchical management.In addition,the quality of nursing of which was compared.
Results:Compared with before the implementation of ABC continuous scheduling model and hierarchical management,the scores of the primary and secondary care,case document,disinfection and isolation measure and care safety ratings increased significantly after implementation(
P<0.01),the score of the quality of nursing increased significantly after implementation(
P<0.01),total score was also significantly higher than that in control group(
P<0.01).Compared with before the implementation,the scores of the feeling of nurse,doctor-nurse relationship,making policy,professional status,independence,professional development,income,care administration and enjoying work increased significantly after implementation(
P < 0.01 to
P < 0.05).
Conclusions:The ABC continuous scheduling model combined with hierarchical management can optimize the human resource,improve the satisfaction of nurse and patient about nursing work,and enhance the working efficiency and nursing quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
