    口腔颌面外科学课程多元化考核评价体系的构建与实践

    Construction and practice of the diversified evaluation system in oral and maxillofacial surgery curriculum

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨多元化考核评价体系在口腔颌面外科学课程中的构建方法及实践效果。方法:2014级口腔医学本科62名学生为实验班,采用多元化考核评价体系;2013级口腔医学本科61名学生为对照班,采用传统的终结性评价体系。通过分析考试成绩与自行编制调查问卷获取学生的反馈意见,评价2种考核评价模式的实施效果。结果:实验班学生的期末理论考试成绩、实验考核成绩及课程总成绩较对照班均明显提高(P<0.01);问卷调查结果显示,对各条调查项目持“肯定”意见的学生占88.7%~95.2%,均高于持“无所谓”及“否定”意见。结论:应用多元化考核评价体系有助于提高学生学习成绩及综合素质,可在培养理论基础扎实、临床能力强、具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质口腔颌面外科专业人才中发挥重要作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To explore the construction and practice effects of the diversified evaluation system in oral and maxillofacial surgery curriculum.Methods:A total of 62 undergraduates in grade 2014 and 61 undergraduates in grade 2013 in Department of Stomatology from Bengbu Medical College were divided into the experimental group and control group,respectively.The experimental group and control group were evaluated using the diversified assessment evaluation system and traditional examination evaluation system,respectively.The examination scores and feedback from students by self-designed questionnaire were analyzed,and the implement effect between two evaluating model was compared.Results:The scores of final theory test,experiment skill test and total course in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The results of questionnaire showed that the students with "positive" opinion accounted for 88.7% to 95.2%,which was higher than that in the students with "indifferent" and "negative" opinion.Conclusions:The application of the diversified assessment evaluation system can improve the academic performance and overall quality of the undergraduates,which can play an important role in cultivating the oral and maxillofacial surgery talents with strong solid foundation of theory and clinical ability,high innovative spirit and practical competence.
