    高职院校护生通用能力现状调查及分析

    Investigation and analysis of the general ability of nursing student in higher vocational college

    • 摘要: 目的:调查高职院校护生的通用能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:通过自制通用能力调查问卷,对某高职院校160名在校护生进行问卷调查。调查内容包括护生的一般情况及7个维度18项通用能力。结果:护生通用能力总分为(67.432±7.688)分。各维度中评分最高的是“与他人合作和联系的能力”,为(3.953±0.512)分;评分最低的是“设计和创新”,为(3.565±0.656)分。除男生“管理和发展自我能力”高于女生(P<0.05)外,不同性别护生通用能力总分及各维度评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);除二年级学生“与他人合作和联系的能力”明显优于一年级学生(P<0.05)外,不同年级学生通用能力总分及各维度评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);曾经担任过班团干部护生“管理和自我发展的能力”“设计和创新”和通用能力总分均高于未担任过班团干部护生(P <0.05~P <0.01);是否独生子女的护生通用能力总分及各维度评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护生通用能力总体处于中等偏上水平,但“设计和创新”“书面表达”及“解决问题”的能力还有所欠缺,应予以加强。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the general abilities of nursing student in higher vocational colleges,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:One hundred and sixty nursing students from a higher vocational college were investigated using a self-made questionnaire of General Ability Scale,the content of which included general situation and 7 dimensions,18 items general abilities,of nursing students.Results:The total score of the general ability of nursing student was (67.432±7.688).The scores of "working with and relating to others" and "applying design and creativity" were the highest(3.953±0.512) and lowest(3.565±0.656) among all dimensions,respectively.Except the score of "management and self-development ability" in boy was higher than that in girl(P<0.05),the differences of the scores of general ability and all dimensions in different gender nursing students were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Except the score of "working with and relating to others" in grade two students was significantly better than that in grade one students(P<0.05),the differences of the scores of general ability and all dimensions in different grade students were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of "management and self-development ability","applying design and creativity" and general ability in nursing students served as class cadre previously were higher than those in nursing students nonserved as class cadre previously(P <0.05 to P <0.01).The differences of the scores of general ability and all dimensions in the only child or not were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The general ability of nursing students is above the average level,but the abilities of "applying design and creativity","writing" and "solving problems" are lack,which should be strengthened.
