Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the survival quality of the advanced malignant tumor patients.
Methods:One hundred and ten patients with advanced malignant tumor from January 2011 to January 2015 was divided into the control group and intervention group according to the admission time(55 cases each group).The control group was nursed with the routine means,and the intervention group was nursed with the nursing intervention based on the routine nursing.The anxiety,depression,level of self-controlled for cancer pain and life quality in two groups were evaluated using the hospital anxiety and depression scale,barriers questionnaire,functional assessment of cancer therapy-general.
Results:Before intervention,the differences of the scores of the anxiety,depression,cancer pain and quality of life between two groups were not statistically significant(
P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,average and sever degree of cancer pain,and quality of life in intervention group were significantly better than those in control group(
P <0.05~
P <0.01).
Conclusions:The suitable nursing intervention can effectively relieve the degree of anxiety and depression,and improve the self-control level of the cancer pain and life quality.
