Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of enalapril maleate-folate tablet in the treatment of H-hypertension.
Methods: One hundred and sixty patients with H-hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(80 cases in each group). The control group was treated with enalapril maleate tablet, and the observation group was treated with enalapril maleate-folate tablet. The levels of homocysteine(Hcy) and blood pressure in two groups between before and after treatment were compared.
Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group(96.3%) was significantly higher than that in control group(87.5%)(
P<0.05).Before treatment, the differences of the levels of Hcy,systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) between two groups were not statistically significant(
P>0.05).Compared with before treatment, the levels of Hcy,SBP and DBP in two groups decreased after treatment, the decreasing degree of which in observation group was more obvious, and the difference of which between two groups was statistically significant(
P<0.01).The difference of the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups was not statistically significant(
P>0.05).The cerebrovascular event in two groups was not found.
Conclusions: Compared with enalapril maleate tablet, the effect of enalapril maleate-folate tablet in treating H-hypertension is obvious, which can significantly improve the serum level of Hcy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
