Abstract:
Objective:To study the value of serum glactin-3,HMGB-1 and TSGF in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.
Methods:A total of 60 patients with thyroid carcinoma and 60 patients with thyroid adenoma were selected as the subjects, and the healthy subjects were selected as normal control group(
n=60).The levels of serum glactin-3,HMGB-1 and TSGF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The levels of serum glactin-3,HMGB-1 and TSGF in thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid group were compared. The sensitivity and specificity of thyroid carcinoma between the three indexes were compared with the combined detection of thyroid carcinoma.
Results:The levels of glactin-3,HMGB-1 and TSGF in thyroid cancer group were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma group(
P<0.01),while those in thyroid adenoma group were significantly higher than those in control group(
P<0.01).The positive rates and joint positive rates of glactin-3,HMGB-1 and TSGF in thyroid cancer group were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma group(
P<0.01).The AUC,sensitivity and specificity of the three markers in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer were 0.86,93.3% and 91.7%,which were significantly higher than the sensitivity and specificity of each index(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:The combined detection of glactin-3,HMGB-1 and TSGF of thyroid cancer had good sensitivity and specificity.
