Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenqifuzheng injection(SFI) on bone marrow hematopoietic and immune function in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) before and after chemotherapy.
Methods:Sixty ALL patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(30 cases each group). Two groups were treated with chemotherapy, and the observation group were additionally treated with SFI.The blood routine, and T and B lymphocyte subsets in two groups were observed before and after treatment.
Results:The effective rate in observation group and control group were 90%,and 86.67%,respectively,and the difference of which was not statistically significant(
P>0.05).During two weeks of chemotherapy and after 1 week of chemotherapy, the counts of white blood cell and red blood cell, and hemoglobin level in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(
P<0.05~
P<0.0),and the ratios of CD3
+,CD4
+ and CD4
+/CD8
+ in observation group after chemotherapy were better than those in control group(
P<0.05).The differences of the levels of blood platelet and CD3
-CD19
+ between two groups were not statistically significant(
P>0.05).
Conclusions:The treatment of ALL with SFI can effectively improve the myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy, enhance the immunologic function, and promote the recovery of patients after chemotherapy.
