Abstract: Objective:To investigate the application effects of refinement process management in alleviating the tension of the operating room patients.Methods:January 2014 was set as the interval point time in the general surgery operating room,the patients before 6 months of refinement process management and after 6 months of refinement process management were divided into the control group and observation group,respectively.The control group was coped with the conventional management,and the observation group was coped with the refinement process management(including the personnel management,environment management,material management and process management).The care quality,prognosis,tension and satisfaction in two groups were observed.Results:The nursing qualification rate and care instruments passing rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rates of the accident and nursing complication in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The surgical total effective rate in observation group(98.6%) was higher than that in control group(90.0%)(P<0.05).The scores of postoperative 7 d tension in two groups were higher than those of before operation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in observation group(100.0%) was higher than that in control group(88.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of refinement process management can relieve the tension of patients,and improve the quality of care,operation efficiency and patient`s care evaluation,which is worthy of further promotion.
