Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of de-escalation thinking mode in treating traumatic brain injury.
Methods:Sixty craniocerebral trauma patients treated with de-escalation thinking mode from June 2015 to June 2016 and 60 craniocerebral trauma patients treated with traditional thinking mode from June 2014 to May 2015 were divided into the observation group and control group, respectively. The treatment success rate, medical dispute, family satisfaction rate, early warning time, emergency treatment time, venous channel establishment time and evaluation time in two groups were recorded.
Results:The treatment success rate and satisfaction rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the incidence rates of complication and nurse-patient dispute in observation group were lower than those in control group(
P<0.05 to
P<0.01).The warning time, emergency treatment time, establishment time of the venous channel and evaluation time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:The de-escalation thinking mode can effectively shorten the early warning time of patients with craniocerebral trauma, whcih can provide the best treatment time for patients, improve the success rate of treatment, reduce the medical disputes and improve the satisfaction rate of the family members.
