Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of mycophenolate mofetil combined with Ginkgo dipyridolum injection in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome.
Methods:Ninety-one patients with refractory nephropathy syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group(
n=46) and control group(
n=45) according to random number table.Two groups were treated with routine method at admission.The control group was treated with mycophenolate mofetil,and the observation group was additionally treated with Ginkgo dipyridolum injection on the basis of control group for 12 months.The clinical efficacy between two groups was compared.The levels of urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and transforming growth factor-β before and after treatment,and adverse reaction during treatment course in two groups were observed.
Results:The total effective rate in observation group(82.61%) was significantly higher than that in control group(62.22%) (
P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and transforming growth factor-β in two groups significantly decreased(
P<0.01),which in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(
P<0.01).There was not serious adverse reaction during the treatment course.
Conclusions:Mycophenolate mofetil combined with Ginkgo dipyridolum injection can significantly decrease the levels of urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and transforming growth factor-β,and improve the renal function in patients with refractory nephropathy syndrome,which is effective,safe and reliable.
