Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction and its influencing factors in information personnel in tertiary hospital of Anhui.
Methods:The job satisfactions of 258 information personnels from 25 tertiary hospitals in Anhui were investigated using the JSS scale,and the influencing factor of which was analyzed using multinomial linear regression.
Results:The average score of job satisfaction of information personnel was (140.19±23.18).Among the nine dimensions,the scores of leader satisfaction(19.35±3.67),colleague satisfaction(17.44±2.99) and communication satisfaction(16.84±3.66) were higher,and the scores of salary satisfaction(13.19±3.80),workflow satisfaction(13.58±2.74) and promotion satisfaction(14.32±3.75) were lower.The differences of the job satisfaction scores in different ages,professional degree,professional title,year of work and training time in the past 3 years in information personnel were statistically significant(
P<0.05 to
P<0.01).The results of multinomial regression analysis showed that the job satisfaction was positively associated with professional title and training time in the past 3 years(
P<0.05 and
P<0.01),and negatively associated with year of work(
P<0.05).
Conclusions:The salary,workflow and promotion are the main choke point of job satisfaction,and the professional title,training time and work experience are the main influencing factors of the job satisfaction in information personnel in tertiary hospitals.
