Abstract:
Objective:To explore the expression of globular C1q receptor(gC1qR) and its biological significance.
Methods:Thirty decidual tissue specimen of spontaneous abortion and 30 samples of induced abortion were collected,and extravillous cytotrophoblasts (EVCT)-derived transformed cell lines HTR-8/Svneo was investigated.The protein expression and location of gC1qR in decidual tissue were detected using immunohistochemical SP method,the expression levels of gC1qR protein and mRNA were detected using immunofluorescent staining and qRT-PCR,the apoptosis of trophoblast cells was evaluated using flow cytometry and electronic microscope.
Results:The expression levels of gC1qR protein and mRNA in decidual tissue in spontaneous abortion patients were significantly higher than those in induced abortion patients(
P<0.01).The overexpression of gC1qR could significantly increase the apoptosis rate of trophoblast cells(
P<0.01),and the typical apoptosis morphological change was observed under electronic microscope.
Conclusions:The gC1qR gene is closely related to spontaneous abortion,which is maybe to be an potential target point in the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of spontaneous abortion.
